WHY BECOME AN EVALUATOR
Designated members of the Appraisal Institute of Canada are those who have successfully completed a rigorous program of study and have met experience and examination requirements to obtain one of the following credentials:
ACCREDITED APPRAISER CANADIAN INSTITUTE (ACIA) (Accredited Evaluator for the Canadian Institute): AACI designation is granted to individuals who have successfully completed the AACI degree program and have met all the professional requirements of the Canadian Institute. evaluators. AACI members are qualified to provide assessment, consultation and expertise services for all types of buildings.
CANADIAN RESIDENTIAL APPRAISER (CRA): The CRA designation is awarded to those who have successfully completed the CRA degree program and have met all of the professional requirements of the Appraisal Institute of Canada. CRA members are qualified to provide assessment, consultation and expertise services for individual undeveloped residential projects and homes containing no more than four independent family residential units.
